When a served number changes, that change is a record

Kortex's standing policy is quarantine, not delete and absence over fabrication. When a number we serve is corrected, quarantined, re-based, flagged or retracted, the change itself is published here with before, after and the reason; never a silent overwrite. Subscribe by RSS or poll GET /v2/corrections?since=<date>; agents get the same register as the MCP resource kortex://corrections.
